phpearn Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "phpearn," "we," "us," "our" refers to the phpearn platform and its operating entity responsible for delivering online casino and gaming services to players in the Philippines.
• "Platform" refers to the phpearn website accessible at phpearn.net, including all its pages, features, games, and services.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the phpearn platform in any capacity.

• "Balance" refers to the total funds held in a Player's phpearn account, including both real-money deposits and any applicable bonus credits.

• "Wager" or "Bet" refers to any real-money or bonus-money stake placed by a Player on any game or event available on the phpearn platform.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active phpearn account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• Your account funds are derived from lawful sources and are not proceeds of any unlawful activity.

phpearn reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within a reasonable period may result in account suspension, forfeiture of pending withdrawals, and referral to relevant authorities where legally required.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the phpearn platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether under the same identity, shared device, shared IP address, or shared payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances therein.

When registering a phpearn account, you undertake to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and valid email address. You further undertake to keep this information updated at all times.

KYC Verification: phpearn is required under Philippine anti-money laundering regulations to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawals or upon reaching specified transaction thresholds. KYC verification may require submission of:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., PhilSys National ID, Passport, Driver's License, UMID, SSS ID, Voter's ID);

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phpearn login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account prior to your notification to phpearn of unauthorized access shall be deemed your responsibility. phpearn will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

phpearn accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless a specific cryptocurrency option is selected, in which case conversion rates apply at the time of transaction.

Deposits: Funds deposited into your phpearn account are made available for wagering immediately upon confirmed receipt. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction. phpearn does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed;
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for deposit to the same account, or to a verified account in your registered name;
• Withdrawal processing times vary by method: GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically completed within one (1) business day; bank transfers may take two (2) to five (5) business days;
• phpearn reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing any withdrawal above PHP 50,000 or where transaction patterns trigger compliance review;
• Withdrawal of bonus funds is subject to the applicable wagering requirement being fully satisfied prior to the withdrawal request.

phpearn offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin credits, cashback programs, referral rewards, and loyalty points. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion and to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

Wagering Requirements: Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus, after which unused bonus funds will expire.

Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager toward the requirement. All games available on the phpearn platform operate using certified random number generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, are governed by the physical outcomes of real-time dealing and spinning. Game outcomes are not influenced by previous results, bet size, account history, or any other extraneous factor.

In the event of a technical fault, game malfunction, disconnection, or server error occurring during an active wager, phpearn's system logs shall constitute the definitive record of the game state at the time of the fault. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical issue, phpearn may, at its sole discretion, void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the Player's balance.

Wagers placed and accepted by the phpearn system are final and cannot be reversed, cancelled, or amended after the game round has commenced. Players are responsible for verifying their wager details before confirming any bet. phpearn shall not be liable for wagers placed in error by the Player.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all phpearn Players and may be activated at any time through the account settings or by contacting customer support:

• Session Time Limits: Receive alerts or automatic logout after a specified period of play;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 30 days;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the phpearn platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phpearn platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one phpearn account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the platform while under 21 years of age or while located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures;
• Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or other technological tools to gain an unfair advantage on the platform;

• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive conduct toward phpearn staff or other Players.

All content on the phpearn platform — including but not limited to the phpearn name, logo, visual identity, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of phpearn or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phpearn platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of any phpearn content without prior written consent from phpearn.

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable Philippine law, phpearn shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from wagers placed in error or as a result of misunderstanding game rules;
• Service interruptions, platform downtime, or technical errors beyond phpearn's reasonable control;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the platform that subsequently proves inaccurate;
• Any acts or omissions of third-party payment processors, internet service providers, or game content suppliers.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall operate to limit or exclude phpearn's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under Philippine law.

phpearn reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, regulatory direction, or where continued operation of the account poses a compliance risk to phpearn.

Upon termination of an account for reasons not attributable to Player misconduct, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be refunded to the Player via their last-used verified payment method, net of any applicable processing fees. Bonus funds and any winnings derived solely from bonus play where wagering requirements remain unsatisfied shall be forfeited upon termination.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting phpearn customer support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within five (5) business days. Real-money balances will be returned to the Player's verified payment method following successful completion of any pending KYC requirements.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The phpearn platform operates in compliance with PAGCOR regulatory guidelines applicable to online gaming operators serving the Philippine market.

In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the phpearn platform, you agree to first contact phpearn customer support to seek an amicable resolution. phpearn undertakes to respond to formal dispute submissions within ten (10) business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with phpearn, Players may escalate the matter to PAGCOR or such other competent regulatory authority as may have jurisdiction over the subject matter of the dispute. Both parties agree to cooperate fully with any regulatory investigation or mediation process.

phpearn reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to Players via the email address registered to their account and/or via a prominent notice on the platform no less than seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive.

The most current version of these Terms & Conditions shall always be accessible on this page. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document. Your continued use of the phpearn platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised terms.
